Is this DDR1 or 2 it makes a difference in the fBGA search on Micron's website. That tag sign looks familiar "D9DXR". I dunno why im thinking this but is that an fBGA PC3200 stick of DDR1?

It is indeed pc3200 DDR1. Any idea how this clocks?
