AoE-3, problem connecting to ESO

I hit multiplayer, ESO online, then it starts triyng to connect.. and i get this

I get that problem from time to time, then it works for me, normally I have to leave the game, open taskmanager, and end task of aoe3.exe then relaunch the game and I get in

ive been playing for awhile then i get dropped and now its saying "failed to connect"

ESO is brutal, the connection drops all the time, that is why I am looking for people to Direct IP with. so I don't have to worry about ESO
