i have kingston hyper x 3500 cl2 memory, but i have no idea what kind of chips it has... is there a prog similar to something like cpu-z that would tell me incredible ram info beyond what cpu-z shows...

thx im curious to find out what chips they have, and i checked with kingston, the ram i have is discontinued which would lead me to believe they are not

thx alot guys!

it is written at the end of the chip itself. you need to take off the heatspreaders to find out

It's a two step process:

1. Bump Dram voltage to 2.8
2. Set timings 2-2-2-6 / 12 (tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS / tRFC)

If it boots it's BH-5.
