The first thing you should do is read the tips and techniques... then if you have any questions just ask. You should have a rudimentry idea about what to do after reading them.

there are beginners guides to overclocking on the front of overclockers.com which are well worth a read, and when you have any questions we will try our best to help.

When asking questions please try to tell everyone as much as you can about your system and tempratures in degree C as this helps people find a solution to your problem

Yes ofcours :D but MS-6340M this is not this same as MS-6378 :-)
