IMHO this is the easiest way, if you take your time you can do it, but if it still scares ya a little, see if you can't find someone locally to help ya out.

I'm not familiar with your motherboard, and to be honest it sounds to me like you probably need to do a little more reading in the articles to gain a better understanding of how these things work.
To answer your question though, a FSB ovreclock can be achieved a couple of different ways depending on your mobo. You will usually have the option to change the FSB in your BIOS, it will be default to 100, and you can bump it in 1 mHZ increments ( on most new mobos) from there, or you will be able to do it with jumpers/dip-switches on the mobo itself, but as I stated please do more investigation as I certainly do not want you to damage anything, and keep an eye on your temps with some type of monitoring software, i.e., motherboard monitor, etc...

I know i have to do some more reading.but there aren't any jumpers on my motherboard,is there a program that i can use to change the FSB:p

you should have the settings to change your FSB on your mobos bios... if you cant find it, you should install MSI Fuzzy Logic, this will allow you to overclock using FSB right on your Desktop and no need to do a system re-start....
If your not sure that your mobo can support MSI's Fuzzy Logic Software.. visit their site... www.msi.com.tw
