Why not use a 18" window fan with a cardboard and duct-tape adapter for crazy cfm through a radiator? it would look like hell but I'm sure if you wanted to you could make an adapter from metal or plywood.

well, its been done before actually. it will work, but you just won't have the small compact effect that you would with a smaller system. plus, it would look like hell :-)

I have a very high CFM, large fan that I keep in my computer area, just to "help out" when I am Oclocking, but if I post temps, I always state everything I use to get there, please do the same ;)
This is how my computer is set up (I hope the links work):

Basicly I have one fan blowing in and one blowing out... it circulates air through the coils without affecting my room temp. One night it got down to about -10C outside and even at load my cpu never went above 25C, and that was at 1650Mhz+.
After this pic was taken I changed to clear tubing and added Dye-Lite (so it glows blue under a blacklight) and just made sure everything didn't look a crappy.
