Fixing .Net problem?

Ok im sort of in a stump. I got XP Pro, I did a slipstream on this with SP2 and some hotfixes. But I get errors using .net with a video recording program and it won't run. I'm truely hoping to avoid reinstall even though it doesn't take more then a few hours its just the hassle of moving everything off and reinstalling all the crap again.

Anyone have a suggestion of how to fix this? I've uninstalled .net from the program list but I know theres files still lingering around.
