Group Calender Software

I want to roll out a server based Calander system in the office so that users can work from one big calender and see each others schedules in the next few weeks. I would love to use Sunbird but I think it's still too raw to have that kind of functionality. Would love to use an open source solution...but what do you guys think a good one?
