I'm trying to look for sites that provide a complete list of parts needed to build a phase change unit...how to do it and all....or possibly just a good resource to start w/. I tried googling "how to build a phase change unit" and I'm having big trouble finding any such site. So far the best help I've had is the forum sticky posted here. Anyone know of any sites for this kinda stuff? Thanks a bunch.

Sorry, I've never used used phase change but I assumed that guide had everything in it that was required (yeah I know 2 sections aren't finished but I assumed they could be Googled)...

Yup thanks SpeedBump, I checked those out and they helped me out ALOT! Now I'm hungry for phase...that guy built his Phase for ~$100... :attn:

Just remember that the cost of the actual items used in the unit cost him $100 but all the tools that you need in order to actually build a system cost a LOT more than $100.

The price of all the tools needed to build a system is around $250-300 at least. Your first system will proboly cost you just as much as buying a pre-built unit from someone.

Hmm...I'll have to find that "tools" guide and see what I'd need. Yuck...250-300 bucks...for tools IS alot. and Yeah, I know a good prebuild (from like PC_ICE and all those makers) would be about that. Thx for the tip Ad Rock!

Well...if tools really are that expensive, I may not be able to do this after all....BUT..........I wonder if I can get them lended to me from some people...tha'd be an idea.
