why cant i never access this folder?

it is considered super hidden

it could be this easy to access or the reason is deeper

select Folder Options from the Tools menu


click the View tab


uncheck Hide protected operating system files in the Available Settings box

You can't access this folder because its *technically* an 8 meg partition. All it does is contain information about your file system. I wouldn't worry about it.
