Finally an upgrade. Help?

I've got my ancient celeron machine (in sig) and I am looking to do some upgrades. I originally wanted (and still do) a Chaintech 9CJS motherboard because i could keep using my celeron in it until I find a great deal on a CPU and i just love the CBOX. But it seems thats been discontinued. So other than that board what is a very feature rich and very overclockable 478 board as an alternative? If someone can find the Chaintech board for sale in a retail box that would save me a whole bunch of trouble but i doubt you will so thoughts please.

You could opt for a P4C800 series from Asus. Abit IC7 are also good.

Stick with either Abit or Asus that uses an Intel chipset if you want best results.
