So far, I've been hearing about 2.1 to 2.2 gig, so you're doing quite well...congrats.

Your mainboard is a MSI i845 (SD-ram - three 168-pin SDRAM sockets. Max. memory size 3GB) Pro II...
That's a 478 pin connector right?
First that's already a pretty good oc for a p4 1.9Ghz SL5VK D0 setpping, vc 1.75 , but if you want some more try to get another heatsink a Titan are pretty good for 478pin cpu (478pin conector) then get try to burn-in the cpu at the speed that you reach it will help get some extra Mhz more than you already have... know to answer your question with some luck you probably will get around 2.2 Ghz!!!

Your doing good so far at that V...

Try getting a new heatsink and fan and burn in ... and eventually you'll be able to increase it more and then eventually it'll be burnt in alot that you'll be able to lower the voltage after awhile less heat :)
