Okay I have a flash object that I have no idea which program will edit it. Some flash site I pulled from template monster.
 
Umm, this may seem really obvious, but did you try Flash? If that doesnt work it is likely a Swish file. There may be an extremely slim chance it is a Streamline file. If there is 3D animation it may be Swift3D.

Thats about it for development software that allows you to edits Flash files.

Would be helpful if yo uposted the file's extension.
 
at the end of the day if somone does know there not going to tell you as activites like that are not allowed on the forums so dont bother asking if you want the template then buy it!
