It was listed as being 24vdc on ebay, now that I have it the plate on it says 28v nom, anyone know what actual output is? There is also a SMALL allen screw on the back vith v adj written next to it, anyone know what kind of rage this will have? Also, it has 3 terminals for input, neutral and 1 hot for 230vac and 1 hot for 115vac. If I hook up 115 to the 230 side will I get something close to 12v or will this just burn out the PS in a hurry?

Most 28 volt PSUs will dial down to about 22 volts. 12 volts is probably a stretch. Might be time for a 24 volt pelt or two! :D

I am going to use 24v pelts, and I want them at a little under like 22v so they are at close to max potential.
