custom skins for cs source

how do i back up my default models so that i can install custom skins for cs source? i wouldnt want to keep them permanently =(

are you already using custom models? I didn't think you were even able to use custom skins... but anyways, you only need to install them into your counter-strike: source folder as listed in the instructions something like (C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/email/counter-strike source/cstrike/models/<put them here>) it will automatically cover over the old models, if you want to get rid of them and go back to the old ones simply delete the files. The default files are kept in the .gcf files in the main directory.
