I never knew there were SD RAM sticks with BGA modules on, and I had been under the impression that the PC150 and PC166 sticks were just cream of the crop PC133 or just running at looser timings (I have a couple of PC166 Crucial sticks that are CAS3 PC166/CAS2 PC133), I'm tempted to buy this for my ultimate retro overclocking PC.

I've seen a P3 650 doing 150 FSB on water with PC 166 memory with no PCI cards in the system. I'm not sure the HDD could stand up to it for that long though. I think the 650's were 100 FSB be default.

I used to have a stick of Kingmax PC150 that had BGA chips. Most systems won't handle much more than 153 FSB (give or take your mileage may vary) before the PCI bus causes problems. There were some AMD mobos that had a divider at 166 MHz.
