i keep seeing on some websites that the t-bird 1.4 ghz are running at 133 fsb, but if you go to buy them online they say they are either 200 or 266 mhz fsb, hmmmm whats wrong there.
is it the ddram that is running at 200/266 mhz and the cpu running at 133 or is it the cpu and DDR running at 266?

See the FAQ in my sig. It's the Alpha EV6 bus that the Athlon is based around.

200 is the same as 100MHz FSB, 266 is the same as 133MHz FSB for AMD systems. The motherboard, memory and bus speed of the processor will all run at whichever one you buy.

this mainly due to the DDR stuff and it is a common practice to use the DDR freqs of the Duron/Athlon chip... and its also some sort of a marketing strategy for some sites that sells the products--- a 200 or 266 MHz bus is really something..... compared to Intel's 66/100/133 bus...
