Anybody know about UPS's much? I am getting load warnings on the monitoring software when gaming, I have my two machines plugged in one. And one comp just shut down cause of the load warnings, I know how to disable all that. And I can see how the warnings mean something if it is running off the battery, but it is using AC right now, so can I ignore the load warnings?
the ups is a 1100Va 660W i believe. thx
The load warnings might be related to the internal breaker in the APC. Might be too many amps for the unit to handle with the 2 pcs, especially if they are current.

That warning means you are pushing the 660W load limit. It will usually shut itself down when overloaded. What are you running for PCs and Monitors? The Rigs in your sig? That 21" Sony may be pullin a bit of power.

yeah im running the rigs in my sig, but no monitors, the towers only, which are a 550W enermax, and 480W antec (slave) and 420W sparkle (master) spliced together. When both comps idle they draw about 68-72% on the load meter. I'll have to check the specs on the upc again, maybe even call beklin's tech support for "offical" response. Back using to winnies @ about 2300 i could game on the 2nd rig and and not over draw. Now with two opties a lot higher, gaming sometimes does overload it.

I just checked my UPS load last night while gaming. I have an 1100VA UPS also, with 1 rig on it currently. I run my main rig in my Sig on it with dual LCDs (20" & 17"). Idle I am at about 38% load, gaming I am at about 52% or so. I would bet that your Dual PSU rig is drawing a lot of power when loaded down.
