:bang head ok I have a stick of 512 ddr sdram.. pc3200 200Mhz

Can I overclock this and if so How????

whats your system? do you know all the parts in it? please list them (esp. your cpu, motherboard, ram, and powersupply)

Well i have a k8 upgrade mv800 motherboard 754 pin... a sempron 2500+(1.4) o/c'ed to 1.8.
2 hdd. 1 40 & 1 80 both seagate.
512 ram as stated
1 optorite dvd =/- burner
1 optorite dvd =/- reader
nvidia mx440 graphics
And a Icute 400w /P4 power supply

Just a basic system

What kind of RAM is it. I had some "value" kingston RAM, and it was worth snot to OC.
