First off, WTH = what the heck? (im being polite for the forums :D )
This error appears on all my machines, just wondering if its a problem or not, anybody know about this?

It's too late. Couldn't sleep. Thinking of an idea, but....

It's normal.
Note- This is only a theory based on observations of the client, but--- This client shuts the core down when it is done with a protein and then sends the results back to stanford. I think that when the core starts up it looks for a checkpointed file. Since you just dl'd the protein then there wouldn't be a checkpoint because it's new. It will then start work on the protein from 0 frames.
