X800XT AIW a decent upgrade from a 6800nu?

First off i have a pretty good 6800nu, all pipes open and can clock up to 460core and 1025mem. Would and X800XT AIW be a worthwhile upgrade? Or not really?

personaly depending if you need aiw, and how much you spent because that card you used to have will run close to 6800 gt scores without the 128mb of ram, if you spent over a 150 dollars more then i would have to say no it wasnt worth it unless you really wanted aiw.

The new king of the hill in mid range cards is the 6800GS. It performs as well as X800XT or better and cost about $210. So, like cwhits said, unless you want AIW, it's not really worth the money.
