I'm looking for the safest and fastest way to remove the original Intel heatsink from a Celeron 2 900Mhz in Box, can you help me?

'in the box' do you mean the retail heatsink?
if so, then it should be like any other heatsink, a leg holding a pin on two opposite sides, look for this leg and push down and pull on the largest one

Yes, it's the model with retail Intel Hsf and 3 years of warranty, when the Oem is without cooler and with 1 year warranty. No other info, I'll go to take the Cpu in the afternoon :)

thats weird my Celeron 800 came with a heatsink and fan but I had to put the heatsink on myself.:( And yes it was a retail cpu
