Well it's still a very heavy heatsink and the quality of finish is amazing. Millennium Thermal state that it out permforms the origional Glaciator and I have no reason to disbelieve them, why would they replace a great product with an inferior one. The clip is easy to fit and well designed and the overall performance is impressive when considering how quiet the Glaciator II is. I personally rate it very highly.

yeh it is good but remember, on a scale of effective cooling, 10 is solids, 7 is liquied and -20 is gases

how much better off when comparez to mine current volcano6 Cu+. i just bought this one two weekz ago, running 1.470Ghz (140*10.5) very stable with 44.3C now, but the max when just surfing the net is 46c. and what about the noise level? mine is abit loud so i would want something quite than that.
Here is a review (http://www.amdworld.co.uk/mill3.htm) that puts it within 1C of the mighty Swiftech.

thankz for the link i have read it, that says while mine can do 46.4 max, it will do round 38 max, mm...
wat would guyz think if i put mine current fanz on the MG II and put the low noise MG II fans into mine Volano HS, and give it to mine bro as he has been winging about the coolermaster i gave him is not impressive at handling 1.2 Ghz 1.75V at 42C fullload.
wat different would it make?

The Mighty Swiftech with the whimpy Sanyo Denki fan maybe... but I have an MC-462A with the Delta fan and to date, no other air-cooled solution comes close to it.
