im starting to round up things i want for when i build my new pc,
i have a mobo and cpu picked out, DDR , now im looking into vid cards

i like the ATI cards, but im looking for a card that has 64megs DDR and i would be able to watch tv on my comp with this card, anyone know a good place to find a card like this??
i believe the radeon 7500 64meg DDR has this option but im not sure.

They're cheap and will still be current 3-4 months from now.

Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO (video in and out).

less than $150 in USA now

There will be an All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500DV. It will have tons of in and outs along with cable TV tuning. I think it will even decode HDTV broadcasts? It will be a bit pricey though I'm sure, but well worth it. Here is a link to ATI's page on 8500 AIW http://www.ati.com/na/pages/products/pc/aiw_radeon_8500/index.html

Just my experience with my Radeon 64 VIVO: It has incredible output on S-Video to a TV and pretty good input over composite as well. These can even be tweaked for quality!
