Ram Sinks?

I was looking over my cyberguys catalog that i just got today and i saw some ram sinks. They looked different from normal sinks that i've seen. Are they any better? Ahh yes the thermotake heatspreaders. These are actually in common usage and appear to work fairly well, they have also relased a new type which holds a fan above the memory
