Well im looking for a new joystick pretty much just for going to the air in BF2, i was starting to look at the Logitech Freedom 2.4 Ghz wireless and the Saitek Cyborg Evo... im stuck though. Does anyone else have any ideas to throw out there? Or their own experiance with either of these? Thank you!

The Evo served me very well for my BF2 needs, and I doubt many people would be disappointed with it. Reason I got rid of it was only because I used to be a sim head and am currently getting back into it, and a full on HOTAS for true sims is the only way to go :)

I haven't tried the Logitech Freedom, and can't comment specifically on how it well it is built and handles, I do note that I wished on more then one occasion that the Evo was wireless for BF2. So that is something I would really consider.

i have the cyborg evo and i have to say, I'm not impressed. i know most people like it but if you are right handed in my opinion, you will like a right handers only joystick much better. the buttons and throttle control will most likely be in places that are much more suited towards your own hand. the cyborg evos repositioning is just mediocre and does not substitute for a right handers joystick at all in my opinion. also the evo is very large.
