Tweaking pc2400???

Hi all I have pc2400 cosair and i want to know what ram settings I should have, and what I can do to take advantage of my ram. Also can someone break out what each ram spot means and which spots I should be changing.

I could use this information too. All I have adjusted is the sdr settings from 2-3-3 to 2-2-2. Haven't messed with ddr settings yet. I could use some info in this area.
