This is a new build for me, My orange ram slot closest to the CPU isnt allowing me to POST. Though the other orange slot does allow me to POST. Does this sound like I might need a Bios flash or something more? The two yellow slots DO allow me to POST, but I have been experiencing frequent lockups in game(UT2004). Any and all advice on the matter appreciated.

That orange slot must be dead. Try switching the sticks around to see if that is the case. You can RMA the board through Dfi.

You can RMA the board through Dfi.Get this, I had to start off with one stick of ram in the orange slot on the edge of the board, then shutdown, install the other stick, restart, and now both sticks work fine. Go figure.
