hi guys this has happened to me twice since i have had XP Pro installed for the last few months. just randomly it will lock me out of my C: drive, i cannot even open my computer! and the only way i found to fix this was to kill explorer.exe and load it back up again manually..but after i do that it skrews up my IE so that it doesn't work! i reboot several times but still cannot open my computer
or access anything on C: however after a few hours of just leaving the computer sit while i went to the store it was fixed when i came back!(that was the same thing that happened the first time this problem occurred too) I have no idea why this is happening I even did a system restore and it made 0 difference..just thought I would point it out and see if this has happened to anybody else as this has happened to me twice already :(
