Sound Blaster / 686B Bug - Soundcard advice

Any recomendation on what soundcard to get, im just about fed up with creative. Im thinking about getting a turtle beach santa cruz, but i just wanted to know what the general opnion here is.

The Edge series cards by Philips don't seem to have issues with Via chipsets. I have an acoustic edge on a kk266r and it works fine.
