I overclocked my northwood 2.8 to 3.3 ghz but in speed fan and mbm 5 there giving my cpu temps of 26c. Are those normal? When i touch the heatsink its a little warm.

probably not, depends what heatsink your running, what fan, and if you have configured the settings correctly for your mobo to read the correct sensor as the CPU temperature. I'm not familiar with your motherboard to tell you what those settings need to be, but I know if things are misconfigured its possible to be reading the case temp as the CPU temp.

I have the xp-90 with the stock fan. My case sensor is messed up or something because it reads 127c. Also i cant seem to get the fsb higher than 240. I tried lowering the divider and increasing the vcore.

What brand is your RAM? CPU-Z > Memory tab should give you all the info on it... Maybe it's not rated for speeds youre looking for. Lowering divider doesnt always work either... Also, have you tried raising Vcore?

The ram is cheap dell stuff from micron. I have no idea how to tweak the ram because they confuse me so i set it on auto. At 200 mhz it should be 3-3-3-8 and the auto adjusting thingy changed it to 3-4-4-8. I raised the vcore to 1.625 im scared to make it higher because of the stuff i heard about snds.
