Banner creation, how?

well i got a webpage, and i have been wondering how to make in a little better (to say the least). and i wanted to make some "custom" banners on the top of the pages. i use frontpage 2k and i wanted to find a program (posobly free) that is vary easy to make things like that. my site is www.geocities.com/ecradda
and if you dont know a program, can you tell me what you think of my site?

You could try a program such as Paint Shop Pro. I'm not sure but PS Pro may even have the option to create the Gif's directly. Try this link for more info:-

There is also a program available there called Animation Shop which looks to be what you are looking for. Both are available as a trial.

I have a program at home that I use to make banners. It is free and works like a dream.

I think it's called Banner Studio.
