What model is it? Did you get a model number? It may be a very good deal depemding on which unit it is. :)

Pretty low amperage, and the unit has split rails.

400watts is also the maximum load or "peak load rating"...it's not a 400 watt unit actually.

If you had a system that only needs 350watts I'd say it would be fine.
