I was wanting some help, before I go trying to overclock this thing I was wanting to know "safe" temps.. It's a 478 pin, 2.8ghz Prescott (800,1mb)

Any help would be appreciated.

About 60 degrees load CPU temp is perfectly safe. You can get by with low to mid 60's if the vcore isn't too high.
