Best low noise radiator?

What would be best? Price is not so important, noise is of first importance so I would use Panaflo low 120mm fans. I could get a Black ice pro III or a double heatercore for example, or are there other choices that could be better? I absolutely want it to be made of copper and/or brass; no aluminium.

black ice pro III, or the thermochill PA 120.3

Is the Thermochill that much better than the Black ice pro III to make it worth the 80$CAD more that I would pay? Is there other places to buy them than from Europe at Thermochill?

the PA series puts less strain on the pump so that you have greater flowrate, and i'm not sure if any dealers have recieved them in the US yet, so your best bet would be the BIP III as far as cost and availability goes
