Hi guys...well i am a newbie oc'er I know a few things but have decided to join what I expect to be a great community in search of guidance and advice...

My first question (of many i am sure) is...where can i find a good temp control prog that allows me to check individual devices in pc and at what temps they are running...reason being is because i am oc'ing gfx card and want to keep an eye on temps....I am removing stock cooling and putting on a Zalman VF700 -AICu..perhaps i could get some feedback on the cooler too..if its decent or not...

Any help towards this matter is much appreciated

Sounds like you are looking for a software program. Compatibilities vary, but try out motherboard monitor or speedfan.

Everything I've heard about the Zalman VF700 series have been positive.

ps Welcome!!!!

Speedfan and MBM5 require configuration to define what sensors are representing what parts of your computer. Your CPU temp will obviously be the one varying the most under load.

Your GPU temperature usually has to be monitored with whatever software came with or is meant to work with your specific card (like AsusProbe or RivaTuner).
