Seeing as Cable Sheating is a totally bad ass way to make that wire job look better than better, that Sheating kit may be out of reach for some people. What if you have alot of electical tape? I tested it out on a few wires on an old PSU and it looks GREAT! Is there any problem in doing this..?

Sheating, Sheathing, I dont know the word :P

Electrical tape tends to look rather crappy after a while. You are probably better off finding a kit for cheaper someplace like Frys Elextronix (outpost.com) or Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?Submit=Go&DEPA=0&type=&description=sleeving+kit&Category=0&minPrice=&maxPrice=&Go.x=0&Go.y=0).

Should work fine. Wires don't get hot until current has to fight resistance.
As for looking crappy, electrical tape can get dry and fall off after awhile. But the ribbed look of a carefully done tape can look good.

I buy a LOT of stuff from there. SHipping is a bitch, but overall prices are good, and their service is top-notch.

The word is sleeving.
And I personally hate electrical tape because the adhesive is weak and wears off after a while. If you want a cheap and simple solution try split loom tubing.
