The standard is 90% distilled water, 10% antifreeze. If you want to then you can also add dye, or some people add a few drops of iodine as an antibacterial.
 
Its available in drug stores. Its an antiseptic. Look for it where they have the band-aids, Hydrogen Peroxide, & Isopropyl Alcohol.

You can also get your distilled Dihydrogen Monoxide while you're there. Its cheaper there than at auto part stores.
