last minute decisions!!

all right guys so i am going to be buying the rest of my new computer very soon. unfortunately thjough i ran into some confusion. i am going to be running a 320w peltier on my 148 opteron(s939), i want to get the hot side of the peltier as close to ambient as possible . so i was going to run a BIX3 and a dual heater core form danger den with 120mm evercools(~80cfm). but now i read some of this thread http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=356038 and it says that heater cores outperform BIXs, is this true? so sould i run 3 dual 120mm heater cores, a BIX3 / dual heater core, or a thermochill 120.3 / dual heater core? (i will only have my cpu/pelt on this loop0

bump/on the thermochill it would be either the pa or the he whichever you guys recommend, i am leaning towards all heater core though . also does anyone know anything about the xspc rads? don't think i've heard of them before.
