its TCCD. its just like mushkins L2 stuff in 2x512mb form. its good stuff. not bh-5 though.

well, im not sure if you can get a pdf file for it, and for TCCD its not that great of a price, for a 1gig kit of its its like 150. TCCD has dropped in price alot.

Oh, I see. I just need 2x256 for now. untill my patriot XBLK are rma'd and back.
one of the stick gone bad, and have to RMA the kit.
I wonder if these new TCCD's are as good and durable as the older model.
The patriot is K4H560838F-TCCD-513, and I found the link below on mushkin and is K4H560838F-TCCD-422. I wonder the difference between 513, and 422? can these 2x256 overclock to DDR600?

well, the 513 and 422 are dates, thats just weeks produced. the TCCD week for look for was TCCD 440, that was a PRIME week. it should do ddr600, id say it has a solid chance of doing it.
