water cooling

would someone tell what i need to watercool?
i already bought a radiator and 2 131 cfm sunon fans.
i just dont know what else i need besides the water block and peltier.what does a peltier do?someone topld me that it gets hot on one side and cold on the other.someone also told me i need a contious PSU or somethin when i get a peltier
do i need a cold block?what is this
what about foam?
who makes a good water block?swiftech??
of course i need a pump and reservoir though.

well if your asking about the basics of water cooling, then you probably dont need a peltier. they cause condensation and unreliable. the main page is a good place to learn the basics. but basicly you need a pump, radiator, waterblock, and the tubeing to connect it. that should do it. :cool:

thats it, and i left out resavuar. but thats anything that you can use to hold water. some places sell them whith pumps in them already. you might want to look on www.dangerden.com thay have nice parts. and www.procooling.com they will have some articals and stuff.
