NOw specifily Im asking for my 7800GTX, but I figure this applies to all video cards.

How to I configure Motherboard monitor to show my GPU tempature, what is the sensor called?

I don't know how to do it with an Nvidia card, but us ATI folk use atitool to export the temps to MBM5.

Read this link, it helped me get mbm5 working on my nf3 mobo and tells you how to port over the gpu and ambient temps, cause i had to do that as well.

For my 6800GT i had to use sensors 25 for gpu core temp and sensor 26 for gpu ambient. I dont know if yours will be the same but it is worth a try, the nf3 and nf4 should be basically the same setup for mbm5.
