Water cooling upkeep?

I plan on getting the Swiftech H20-120 Premium CPU kit along with the MCW55, once i get this system up and running what would my upkeep look like as far as changing the water etc... or different things i may not know of. Thanks!

But seriously, there is little maintinance required. Refilling the system when appropriate (the water is dirty) is all i can think of.

I would change it every few months, less if you get a very uncontaminated setup. Just don't leave it for a year without doing anything, or it'll be practically uncleanable. Although the Apogee doesn't have jest, so it would be easier to clean out. I haven't seen anything about cleaning them though, since they're so new.
