Me and a couple of mates want to do a joke song and dnace thing to entertain the house. We've decided to do the Kraftwerk song that Bill Bailley does in the Part Troll DVD. (Dunno if US guys will know Bill Bailey) so I recorded the sound from the DVD. but how do I remove the words from it. Any software to do this?

Not really. Your best bet is to try and get an instrumental version of the song, if you can't find it try contacting the record company.

Do a search for "karaoke software" on download.com and/or google. I was trying to do the same thing a while back and found a program to strip the voices, however, the results were not all that great.

Exactly, the best you can do is strip the mids out, and that's going to take way more than just the voices out.
