I just swapped over to the graphical version having had no success with the text version.

WIth the text version if I do a CTRL C and then start f@h2 again it looses all its work and starts from 0 frames again. Why is this anyone know??

Has anyone had a success with 2.11 running 24/7 and switching off in the middle of a fold and then restarting the client???

Most of the time it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have the most trouble with this on a laptop running win 2000. The other systems seem to handle this better.

I had an interruption earlier when windows update caught me off guard and I pressed yes for update. You always have to restart after the update and I was in the middle of processing a villen. Upon restart the client started itself and continued with the unfinished work.

Its strange, client v1 never did this you just lost a couple of frames and that was it.

Why am I having exactly the opposite luck as everyone else? I'm a good overclocker..I think..he he!!:) Anyways. I'm running fresh copies of 98se on all my machines except one regular box w/ XP Professional (which by the way..I really like!).

All of the 98se boxes are racking up units w/ the text only 2.0 client. Upon hearing of the success w/ the 2.1 graphical, I attempted a switch on my main Athlon/98se box.

Core65 error, Uninstalled, rein..no luck. Same w/ the XP box..it only likes the 2.0 text client. But I have gotten some "Bad Units" from Stanford???.

Ugh...can't wait for a Stable version! :(

You can try deleting the core. The client will should download a new core. Maybe it'll work?? Don't know. My 98se boxes are giving me the least amount of trouble and 2000 is giving me the most. It's the other way around for just about everything else I do on them.

I beleieve the core is the latest its working ok now but I just have to try and keep the system on all the time, mine is ME which I have never found to be stable, my main box is still on 98 its the most stable OS that has compatability with games (apart from XP and I can't afford that, unless bill wants to make it open source and GNU!!)

I was having trouble with my console not saving work when I did a control-C I found that if I erased everything but core65 console and cleint.cfg then had it start a new WU that it would start to save the work. Might give it a try. Wait until you just finished a unit though

Graphical client has been nothing but problems for me. On any box.
