Use a Silicone sealant, those used to fix / repair aquariums, i always do this to all my new res just to prevent leaks. You should find it in any hardware or aquarium shop.
 
I have just done that, actually. As soon as I saw the leak I went out and bought some. How long does it take to dry?

Hopfully this silicon seals up the problem.
