XP wireless disconnect tool

Hi does anybody have the link that was posted on the frontpage for that tool that fiddled with the wireless zero config service to fix windows xp's disconnect problem. I can't find it now.

thanks i went back to that page but couldn't find the prog, i was sure it was linked from a fp article.
