Some times I get an e-mail from that appears to be a web page. It has buttons, a background and simular web page things to it. I am wondering how this is done.
could I just put in the html code and have it display as a web page ands not code after I send the message or
would I have to get a new program to do this?

You got it in one, e-mails are sent as either plan txt or html. The ones you describe use html.

ps Any e-mail reader that supports html should allow you to do it
