1000+ frames == problems

for some reason, i can finish these, but it never accepts it... and then it gets put in the queue, then after a while, it deletes them....mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

anyone have teh same problem?

i just started the 1000 frame protein :)

its on one of my 333mhz computers too, so we will see if it can complete it.

That does not make sense if you are doing them on your T-Bird. They should complete in plenty of time. The reference machine that Stanford uses is a PII 450, I believe.

I have seen people have trouble uploading results, but never specifically with only on protein. Is this the only protein you have problems with?

I don't know about uploading so much but I have had problems getting work before.

lol i don't have any trouble handing in....but stanford just gave me my 6th 1000 frame villin now !!!!

getting a little tired of em...but its a good way too burn in my new 1.4g t-bird :D

My system takes just as long to process an Enghomeodomain as a villen. How long does it take you to complete a villen on the 1.4. I'm building a 1.4 sys (waiting for vid card) because I've heard they are pretty fast.
