Hey guys,
I have a question...
I thinks it is best for fans to pull air through the rad and not blow against it.

Look at this pic...
The fans are not screwed down so they are a little crooked...

The fans are upside down - the words and lettering are upside down.

Can I change the red wire with black to reverse the power so i can turn them right side up?

ON the side of the fan, there are 2 arrows.

1 is for direction of rotation.
the other is for direction of air flow.

Pulling air thru the fan seems to work best.

I think someone did a test & found that having the fan 6" away from the Radiator
with a shroud, gives the best results.

(it pulls air from the full face of the radiator, with no "dead spots")

No the fan won't run. To setup a "pull" configuration you need to mount the fan on the rad so it "pulls" the air through. And a shroud will help, although it need only be an inch or so high.
